About Me

You are tired of being in so much pain. You are so sick of the constant worries spinning around in your mind. You want to have the energy and excitement that you used to have - to just bring color back into your daily life. You are drained from feeling so bad about yourself. You want to stop wondering, "Am I enough?" "Am I too much?" and, "Will I always feel this way?" You want to be closer with the people around you. You are ready to take the first step towards feeling better!

I became a therapist because I understand from personal experience how heavy and lonely it is to deal with mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. I've also seen through loved ones how addiction deeply affects not only the person afflicted by it, but also how it ripples out to the people around them. I care because I know how hard it is to carry the pain and have constant worries. I know how it feels to have days where it is a struggle to just be, let alone muster the energy to do anything else. I spent a lot of time trying to deal with my pain by myself, and learned that by reaching out to other people who cared that I started to find real and meaningful healing. I believe that people going through life struggles should suffer less. I believe that no one should have to carry these wounds and burdens alone. I believe that everyone is capable of healing. I believe that everyone deserves to find passion for life and to thrive!

I understand how difficult it is to live day-to-day with so much pain, worry, shame, and guilt. I know how lonely this kind of despair can be. I have dedicated my life to helping others break away from the chains they have, to find healing, and to reignite joy in their lives. Scroll down to learn more about my qualifications, training, and experience.

I know things are so hard right now, but you have the power to take action today towards feeling better and finding your joy again.
